Thank you for choosing DeSaFa's decentralized network service. We understand the importance of personal information and are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy is to describe how we collect, use, store, and protect your information and your rights when you use our platform (including, but not limited to, DeWorker Node Management Platform, DeRouter Management Platform, DeSaFa APP, DeShop, hereinafter, "DeSaFa Platform" or "We").
DeSaFa Is a decentralized network, where part of your network traffic will be transmitted through nodes run by joint users across the global network. We (the DeSaFa core team) will not monitor or record the specific content you transmit through our network (such as visiting the website, sending data content, etc.). However, we still need to collect services to provide and maintain the necessary personal information.
1. information gathering
1.1 Account information
When you register for your account, we collect your email address and your encrypted wallet address.
1.2 Blockchain wallet information
When you receive DSF rewards and pay using DSF, we collect blockchain wallet addresses bound to your account. Please note that the wallet address and its on-chain transactions are public, and we do not control the data on the SONALA blockchain.
1.3 Information about using the service
If you use DeRouter pro, mobile APP, etc., we may collect your device information (such as device model, unique device identifier), network information (such as IP address, connected node information) to ensure the normal operation of the service and optimize the network connection.
If you use DeWorker as a node co-construction user, we may collect your node equipment information (such as node IP, operating status, bandwidth contribution data) for node network management and calculation of your contribution rewards (if any).
If you purchase goods or services through the DeShop, we may collect your delivery address, payment information, and order information for transaction completion and after-sales service.
1.4 Payment and transaction information
When you use a cryptocurrency payment service or commodity, we record the relevant blockchain transaction hash (TX Hash), transaction time, amount, and status for you to check and confirm the transaction. We do not collect or store your wallet private key, mnemonic words, or keys.
2. Information use
We use your personal information only in the following areas:
Provide you with services (such as account login, node management, network connection, product delivery, etc.)
Ensure service security (such as identifying abnormal login, preventing against network attacks, and dealing with violations)
Optimize service quality (i. e. improving node network and APP performance based on data usage)
Push service-related notifications to you (such as order status, node maintenance reminder)
3. Information sharing and disclosure
3.1 Internal sharing
Your information may be shared among DeSaFa's platforms (DeWorker, DeRouter, APP, DeShop, etc.) to achieve cross-platform account connectivity and service collaboration, and sharing is limited to information necessary for providing services.
3.2 Third-party sharing
We will not sell your personal information to third parties
To complete the transaction (e. g. to provide receiving information to the logistics provider)
To protect the legitimate rights and interests of us or other users (such as preventing fraud and dealing with network security incidents)

4.1 Storage period
We will retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide the services.
4.2 Safety measures
We take reasonable management, technical, and physical security measures to protect your information on our platform from unauthorized access, loss, abuse, or changes.
4.3 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for protecting the security of your blockchain wallet and private key, and we are not responsible for this.
5. User rights
Under the laws of your region, you may have the following rights:
Access and Correction: You can access and update your profile information in your account Settings
Delete: You can request the deletion of your account and personal information on our platform. Note, however, that transaction data stored on the SONALA blockchain is untampered with and deleted
Withdraw consent: You can withdraw consent to certain data processing by adjusting permission in the device or account settings
Vi. Account deletion
If you want to delete your account and related data, you can log on to the official DeSaFa website and click the "Delete my Account" option to complete the operation. The account deletion request will take effect immediately and all data related to your account will be deleted after the deletion process, unless partial nonpersonal or anonymized data must be retained for legitimate business purposes or in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
7. Agreement and age limit
When you use DeSaFa's website, content, applications, software or related services, you agree that we will process your information in accordance with the User Agreement and this Privacy Policy.
Our services are not available to minors (under the age of 18). If you are a minor, you should use our services with the clear consent of the guardian. The guardian shall be responsible for the use of the minor. If we find ourselves collecting personal information about minors without verifiable parental consent, we will try to remove the relevant data as soon as possible.

DeSaFa I hereby remind you that you have the primary responsibility for your own data security. We require you to be careful in using the device, storing documents containing personal data and keeping the device to ensure that no one can access or use your device without your consent.
